Every session is planned and led by qualified educators in a safe, inclusive environment. So you can get back to work with complete peace of mind, knowing your child is having the time of their life.

Submit your online enrolment to register your child with WAYS. This allows our team to review your details and activate your booking access.

Our team processes your enrolment and confirms your access to OWNA. You will receive login details once approved.

Log In and Book Your Days

Once activated, log into OWNA and select your preferred Vacation Care days. Many excursions have limited capacity, so we recommend booking early.

Active Kids Vouchers Available

WAYS OOSH is registered for the Active Kids Vouchers. Once your child is enrolled in our program, email [email protected] and we’ll apply the voucher to your account.

FAQs

Our Vacation Care program is designed for children aged 7 to 12 years. Activities and excursions are structured specifically for primary school aged children to ensure they are age appropriate, engaging and safe.

Vacation Care operates from 8:00am to 6:00pm each day. Most days include an excursion or structured activity running during the middle of the day, with supervised drop off and pick up periods in the morning and afternoon.

Yes. Our Vacation Care program is excursion focused. That means most days include a planned offsite adventure such as theme parks, climbing centres, wildlife parks or interactive experiences. All excursions are fully supervised by our educators.

Yes. Transport to and from excursion venues is included as part of the program unless otherwise specified. All travel is supervised and carefully coordinated.

Yes. WAYS Vacation Care is CCS approved. Eligible families may receive a subsidy that significantly reduces their out of pocket cost. Actual costs depend on your individual CCS eligibility.
