The child protection course your nominated supervisor needs, taught by qualified trainers who work in the sector and delivered to your whole team at your centre. Your team learns to recognise harm, respond to a disclosure, and report correctly.
Your team, trained on-site.
Recognise the signs of harm, abuse and neglect, and understand your duty of care to the children in your service.
What to do, and not do, when a child discloses — and how mandatory reporting obligations apply to you and your service.
Make a report correctly, record what matters, and follow the escalation steps your service needs to stay compliant.
Embed child-safe practice day to day, aligned to the National Principles for Child Safe Organisations.
Educators, OOSH and community workers, support staff and volunteers — and the nominated supervisor your service needs to hold the accredited unit. Book on-site to train your whole team at once, or send individual educators to an open course or live online.

Your course is delivered by trainers who have spent their careers in early childhood and community services — as educators, service leaders and assessors. They teach from real practice, so the training fits how your centre actually runs.
Online awareness modules are a useful start, but NSW prescribes the accredited unit (CHCPRT025) for the nominated supervisor, and only a registered training organisation with the unit on its scope can assess it and issue the Statement of Attainment. This is that accredited course.
