What do you do when the school day has finished, but your working day hasn’t?
How do you keep your child busy during the school holidays?
The answer for many working families of school-aged children is Out of School Hours Care (OOSH) and WAYS has introduced this new program permanently due to demand for the community.
WAYS OOSH consists of After School Care (ASC) and Vacation Care (VC) for children aged from 8-12 years old (Yrs 3-6).
We combine the traditional ASC program with recreational and learning activities that are in high demand for this age group. And our VC is a recreational and excursion based program over the School Holidays.
WHAT WE OFFER:
– CCS rebate approved
– ASC from 3:00pm – 7:00pm, and VC from 8:00am -6:00pm
– Pick up from Bondi local schools for ASC
– A variety of new and exciting excursion activities
– Trained and passionate staff
OUR GOALS ARE:
– To provide an open learning environment that inspires the children to try new activities that challenge them and that build confidence.
– To create a safe environment with caring, fun, professional and passionate staff that encourage creativity with no limit.
– To provide a valuable educative space whereby children enjoy making friends and learning new thing.
– To always provide an exciting environment with activities that are interactive, encourage problem-solving, entertaining and innovative.

About Me:
I started at WAYS in 2019 and have been grateful to be able to work closely with young people in the community. I enjoy an active lifestyle and am always keen to shoot hoops on the roof or have a bodysurf down at the beach. At WAYS my most in-demand skills are being first in for a game of tips and making cheese toasties, two tasks that I approach with great care and enthusiasm.
Interests & Hobbies:
If I’m not at the beach or down at a basketball court I might be going for a run or playing bocce with my friends. When I’m looking for some more quiet time I’m happy to have a read of a book or go for a fish. I am looking forward to being able to go to concerts more regularly as I love seeing live music.
Qualifications:
Certificate IV in Youth Work. From 2022, I will be studying Social Work at University.
