Real stories from the WAYS family.

We’ve tried a few holiday programs around the east. This is the first one where my son asks if he can go back the next day. The excursions are the difference.

Drop off at 8, pick up by 6, and everything in between is handled. As a working parent that’s exactly what I need. Booking was easy too.

My daughter is on the shy side and I was nervous about the big days out. The educators kept me in the loop, and by the end of the week she didn’t want to leave.

Questions

What parents ask before booking.

If yours isn’t here, message Sarah, our enrolments officer. She’ll text you back the same business day.

Text Sarah · 0423 056 900
What if my child has allergies or dietary needs?
Every enrolment captures allergies and dietary needs in advance, and meals are labelled. Our educators are First Aid, CPR, asthma and anaphylaxis trained.
How do they get there, and what about food?
Drop-off and pickup is always at the centre: The Russell King Building, 63a Wairoa Ave, North Bondi, from 8am until 6pm. We travel to venues together with our educators, using the best option for each day (city venues are usually public transport). Morning and afternoon tea are provided. Pack a lunchbox and water bottle each day, and on some days a treat is part of the program.
My child is 6 (or 13). Can they still come?
The program is designed for ages 7 to 12. Not sure if your child fits? Message Sarah, she’ll give you a straight answer the same business day.
What if I need to cancel?
Plans change. Give Sarah at least 7 days’ notice and we can move or credit your booking, no drama. Inside 7 days the day is charged as booked, and government CCS rules apply to late cancellations.
Can I just book one day, or the whole 10?
Book any combination. One day, the whole 10, or just the days you need. Each day stands alone with its own program.
How do you handle safety on excursions?
Small groups with qualified educators. Every team member is Working with Children verified, and educators are First Aid, CPR, asthma and anaphylaxis trained. Headcount at every transition point, and updates go to parents through the OWNA app.
